I asked for an iced coffee with milk and no sugar and they handed me a cup of iced milk with no coffee or sugar. When I pointed this out and asked for a cup of ice coffee with milk, they acted confused, then waited a while, then handed me the same thing. I had to get out of the drive thru and walk inside and by that point I wanted my money back. So I had to wait 25 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich and no coffee.
My iced coff is 9/10 times delicious, and this location has the friendliest staff around ! They are very sweet and the line is always short. Love this loc.
I asked if I could have it filled “ uh it is” it’s always filled to the top like girl it comes out lol when I put the straw in ? SOO Uh no bby it is not , she said if I wanted another she’d have to charge me cuz she couldn’t fill this one didn’t want to make a big deal out of something so stupid but bffr this dunkin is horrible service.. tell me what do u think ? Is this full ? Smh

Don’t go to this Dunkin if you plan on doing anything else for the rest of the day. You will be waiting all day. Also pretty unclean. Usually flies in there
