This place has become very inconsistent. It seems the coffee is brewed differently every single day. This is the closest Dunkin’ Donuts to my house, but unfortunately going here has become too much of a gamble to even bother.
Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Worker was inconvenienced by my business, was rude, and charged me for a cup of water without mentioning it. Will not be coming back to this location.
Worst customer service. Asked the lady for a bag and she just tossed it at me and walked away.

Absolutely horrible experience. The staff here has the nastiest attitude I’ve seen at any Dunkin. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I was inconveniencing them just by existing. No greeting, no basic manners, just eye-rolling, sighing, and a straight-up rude tone. When I asked a simple question about my order, I got snapped at like I was doing something wrong.
