i wouldn’t come here for promotional events. i placed a mobile order for the chicago bears hat event right when it started. i watched several people walk out with multiple hats while i was waiting inside for my drink only to be told that they ran out. i was told i should’ve come up to the counter saying i had a mobile order even though this is not common practice. i thought the staff would’ve set aside hats for orders as i was just waiting for my drink to be made. it seemed really disorganized, and it was really unfair they ... read more
Where is the croissant?
A nice girl with whom we communicated easily always worked in this place, she understood me from a half-word, the last few days another girl works, a small thin, short, disgusting attitude, disgusting service, now she remade my drink three times because she doesn't hear at all what the client says every day when and I come here every day for my lunch and every day I see her disgruntled face!
