Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Worker was inconvenienced by my business, was rude, and charged me for a cup of water without mentioning it. Will not be coming back to this location.
Worst customer service. Asked the lady for a bag and she just tossed it at me and walked away.

Absolutely horrible experience. The staff here has the nastiest attitude I’ve seen at any Dunkin. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I was inconveniencing them just by existing. No greeting, no basic manners, just eye-rolling, sighing, and a straight-up rude tone. When I asked a simple question about my order, I got snapped at like I was doing something wrong. The 2 indian girls working there were so rude. My infant daughter had a severe rash and I needed to use the washroom. I told them I will buy just let us get the washroom so my screaming daughter can finally get some relief, she made us purchase first…… i bought 3 munchkin donuts and then she went to get the keys and gave the keys to the bathroom that didnt open…. she gave attitude to us instead of caring for a child life especially as my daughter is screaming in distress.
