The hostess is not polite, very rude.
I go to this place regularly I usually buy coffee and doughnuts and the taste is really good. I would rate this place as"easily one of the best coffee house around Naperville"
Can’t get anything right ordered a coolata that tasted terrible!!!! Was literally just ice and a little syrup incredibly disappointed. The staff is really rude too and have no idea what they’re doing it seems. This Dunkin should be shut down
This store is ran by a bunch of people who genuinely don’t care about anything other than making it through the day. Every single drink I’ve ordered is the absolute worst Dunkin’ drink I’ve had. My last and final straw with this store in particular is when I ordered a drink and I went outside and tried it and it was extremely sweet I wanted to go back in and ask for one with just one pump of whatever they use just to find the doors locked at 12:40 20 minutes before close.
