You’re wasting space in a strip mall by having a Dunkin that closes at 1pm or earlier
Tried to walk-in yesterday. The worker saw me walking up, locked the door, and wouldn’t let me in. She went into the back and didn’t come out until I was gone. I checked the time and it was only 12:20 and they don’t close until 1. 40 minutes early and lost money for the day. Then I came today after placing an order ahead of time to be sure I got my food and drink. Walked in and was treated rudely by worker. Same lady who locked us out day before. Stay away. This is a tiny DD with very limited selection of donuts. There is no drive thru. Last time I went in there was an older Indian lady working the counter. She was very rude. She literally was grunting at me when I was giving my order. If she’s an employee, I would fire her. If she’s the owner, she should care more about customer service. I now go out of my way to a different Dunkin just to avoid this place.
First and last time at this Dunkin’. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, the customer service was nonexistent, and the coffee was poorly made. Definitely not coming back.
