This store is ran by a bunch of people who genuinely don’t care about anything other than making it through the day. Every single drink I’ve ordered is the absolute worst Dunkin’ drink I’ve had. My last and final straw with this store in particular is when I ordered a drink and I went outside and tried it and it was extremely sweet I wanted to go back in and ask for one with just one pump of whatever they use just to find the doors locked at 12:40 20 minutes before close. No public restroom, even after purchasing a coffee
Lady inside was super polite. Not like other D.D I've been too.
I cannot be more FRUSTRATED with this location— they CONSTANTLY close early, by at least 20 minutes. It’s 12:40pm and the entire store is shut down and cleaned up with the lights off. I refuse to continue to give this place my business. So disappointing that they cannot even stay open until their closing time (1pm most days.) This is at least the fourth time I have gone here and they are closed early.
This is by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts and it’s unfortunate that I live only five minutes away. While it's nice to walk there in the summer, it’s just not worth it. They consistently close earlier than the hours posted, which is frustrating. Their doughnut selection is always poor, no matter what time of day you visit. It feels like there are hardly any doughnuts left at all. To top it off, the staff is rude every single time.
