Great experience recommended
I did a mobile order and m order was wrong and the cold brew was watered down and I selected less ice and had so much ice I tried calling to let them know and no answer
They pushed the lids down so hard every one of the rims of the 4 coffees I ordered on 7/4 were crushed. It was a severe burn hazard and extremely unsafe. The lids popped right off. I tried calling and no one answered.
Disgusting. Never ever will come back. Customer service is awful. She was rude and screaming at me
I’m very upset bc this is the closest coffee shop to my job and I will never go here again. I did not get her name, pretty sure she is the manager is rude. No welcoming energy. And messes up orders. And argues with customers.
