I had just left this dunkin and the woman who served us was an absolute saint. We loved her customer service. We didn’t quite catch her name but she had her hair in a ponytail to the side, black hair with pink highlights or streaks, and black glasses. First she apologized for the inconvenience because they were busy but she was super sweet. She first complimented my new nails and for us our drinks. We ordered a donut and I got 3 munchkin pack. She gave us 2 donuts and about 10 extra munchkins for our wait. Absolute angel.
This place is a total disaster. I ordered a croissant sandwich, and the croissant was burnt to a crisp! I went back to complain, but they gave me another burnt sandwich. They didn’t even apologize or offer any service. This is by far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. They also forgot to add the topping on my avocado toast, which I had paid for. Sam an the girls that work here are fantastic people!! I see them every day for a large iced cappuccino with mocca !!! Every day!! Sam should be president of the united states!! I'd vote for him!!! World Peace
Came today at 8:34 pm at door were closed and employees completely ignored me at the door. If it closes at 9 why 830 is already closed. No sense!
