The staff was standing around, starting at their phones, or acting like they were working, blatantly ignoring us standing there waiting to order. We were the only customers in the entire place (drive thru included.) Finally after being ignored for nearly 3 minutes, we placed a mobile order. Only after that were we asked if we needed something.
