The staff at this location are usually slow; however, today took the cake. When I arrive at the store, I typically have a mobile order waiting and pay for my donut at the register because the option I want is not on the app. I walk in, and there's no one in line, but people are waiting for their mobile orders on the other side. I am patient and very understanding when people need a minute, but I wasn't even acknowledged, not once.
