Service is consistently bad here. It wasn't just a one-off that I was ignored and then flippantly served. It's now all 3 times I have ever been here. If this place is convenient to you, then it's ok. It's a DD, and the coffee was fine. But if you have better options, support those, because this location - they don't care if you are there or not.
I always frequent the drive thru but I’ve noticed that there are new staff every so often! No disrespect to the people working here but they do not know how to handle cash transactions and it is very concerning. I watched a cashier accept a large bill from a white woman and refused to accept that same bill from the black woman that was right after me who went right after the white woman before me. Absolutely disgusting service! And I will not be coming back to this one again because of it.
