Pulled up to the drive thru to place my order, but no one came to the microphone. I then pulled up to the windows and saw an employee working. She ignored me and kept working. Someone from the back finally came to take my order, but the customer service at this location is lacking.
Always the best donuts and coffee for your early morning commute. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Five stars!
Everything I asked for they didn’t have. I sat in the drive thru for about five minutes before anyone said anything.
The two young ladies (1 white/ 1 black not that it matters I just didn’t grab names) that work at this location are ANGELS customer service is always amazing. Thanks for being you!
Never order a cold brew here. Just buy the iced coffee for half the price. It’s what you’ll get either way. I’ve been here about 10 times now bc it’s close to my work. And 9 of those times the order wasn’t right. I love dunkin (especially the cold brew). But I have about given up on this particular location. To go orders are never ready. I have arrived as late as 30 minutes after I placed a mobile order and they hadn’t started the food yet… only to wait 10 more minutes for a sandwich that wasn’t right.
