they made me walk through the driveway because the wrong hours are on the front and then i was ignored and had to wait 20 minutes for me hash browns
Got my order wrong twice and was in the drive thru for around 25min about 15 of that was waiting at the window for my order.
This Dunkin Donuts is under renovations and is not offering any services at this time.
Pulled up to the drive thru to place my order, but no one came to the microphone. I then pulled up to the windows and saw an employee working. She ignored me and kept working. Someone from the back finally came to take my order, but the customer service at this location is lacking.
Always the best donuts and coffee for your early morning commute. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Five stars!
