The woman that's manager there, has no idea what she is doing! She sat in her car for like 20 minutes while we waited for her to give us a refund, while she's on the clock I asked her if she was on break and she said no she's on a call. Also there's an employee with red hair that seems she does not brush her hair its all over the place it gross please have these people wear hair nets or something because its not sanitary
Took 30 mins to get my order
They sent me my order cold and poorly presented. I ordered hash browns with cheese and bacon and the bacon was completely burnt black. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and it was harder than a rock and burnt... Disgusting
