I came in just now and Q was helping me. She was so friendly and had such a beautiful energy to her. Even busy on national donut day, she made the visit extra special!
Both coffees we ordered tasted bad. Ordered 25 munchkins got 20. Missing a coffee roll that we paid for. No straws given. No receipt. Won’t be returning.
I don't want to get anyone in trouble but the service attendance see all seem to be upset that morning
I ordered a plain bagel, no butter, cream cheese, just a bagel in a bag. After waiting 15 minutes while a dozen drive thru customers were served. I left, annoyed, and without a bagel. The last time I visited I ordered a corn muffin and went home with a blueberry muffin. The time before that was another rediculous wait for a cup of coffee. I will not be returning.
