Just went in and ordered a large cappuccino and some breakfast to eat. I rarely ever order a large size because I don’t drink that much caffeine but today I was needing something bigger. The weekend midday and weekdays evenings on this Dunkin has got to go !!!! Every time I go they make coffee so wrong that when I get home I have to dump it.today I order my coffee,clearly I said 3 creams 4 butter pecan and 1 caramel. So about an hour ago one of the workers told my boyfriend an iced signature cocoa mocha latte is supposed to be just chocolate milk. Hes ordered it a million times and a latte has espresso in it hello what else would make it a latte? I understand mistakes happen but the employees need to be trained on the items they are making.
