Went in to get a iced coffee and I was ordering on the screen and a employee walked up and said she wasn’t taking orders minding there was not one person inside or in the drive thru makes no sense so I said oh okay then and walked out, don’t think I’ll go back to try and order anything from there again
This place is horrible for Dunkin i only come to this one when im in rock hill or around cause its the only one but dont order snackin bacon u will only get 3 pieces when it says you are supposed to get 8 (happened in both my orders of bacon ) 🥓 I got a large drink less ice was informed I would get less drink which is ok im not trying to cheat rh system some ppl my gut have a tooth sensitivity issue but getting half of my drink at a large price is ridiculous the customer service here sucks doesn’t matter what time of day u ... read more
Very good customer service and the blueberry donuts are the best
A.A Male Manager..had a very nasty attitude when I made him aware they gave me the incorrect order to the point were I just took the order and left...his attitude was just horrible..for now on I will drive across town before going there again.
