save your time. unless you want your order to be continuously incorrect and COLD. Almost every time I visit my order is incorrect! They have a sign that says new management, but maybe management isn't the issue here...
Service was slower than molasses. Very frustrating.
Pulled up to the window and orderd my food. 4 times I had to remind her decaf coffee.. just pulled up to the window to find that the lady taking orders was changing garbages outside..also with a lit cigarette continues to take orders as I was told to pull around and ill get my food .seen the same women walk in and start making coffee...waited a few minutes and relised that food and potentially coffee was probably going to make me sick as I did not see her wash her hands..ended up driving away no food no coffee....terrible st... read more
I am so excited to be moving back to Orlando. This is my favorite Dunkin. Everyone is so nice and they always get my order right.
