Alot of mixed Google reviews. In my opinion, this is the best Dunkin' in town. Convenient location, and always solid service. I never get donuts, or breakfast food. Always simple coffee order, iced coffee with cream only or black hot coffee. Simple. Never any issues.
I’ve honestly never been to a drink place that charges for everything like this. An empty cup costs extra, a water cup costs extra, a cup of water costs extra, and even a cup of ice costs extra. That’s just ridiculous. It feels cheap and unfriendly, and it made the whole experience really off-putting. What made it even worse was the straw they gave me. First visit to this location and the iced mocha was the best I have had at a DD. It was delicious! I'll be stopping back in whenever we are in Mooresville. We stop here when we are in Mooresville and we did today. Thank you to the sweet ladies there today who made my husbands food and my perfect iced mocha! This location has never disappointed us!
