I gave this location multiple chances, hoping the poor customer service was just an off day. Unfortunately, it’s a consistent pattern. I’ve now visited three times, and each time I’ve been met with rude, unfriendly service—especially from the woman who typically takes orders. She’s stern, which I can respect when it’s paired with professionalism, but her tone and attitude cross the line into hostility. I really enjoy the coffee here — it’s always fresh and tastes great! The staff is friendly and quick with orders. The only downside is that the curb area is a bit small, which can make it tricky during busy hours. Overall, still a great spot for a good cup of coffee!
Waited over 30 minutes for food and we order ahead via the app once there the screen said order was ready it wasn’t and we saw people that were walk-ins and we saw them order and got their food way before we did horrible service
