Giving 5 stars on service alone - typical service from here is hit or miss - mostly miss - today I went through the drive thru and was immediately greeted and advised with apologies that service may be a little slow due to staffing. When I placed my order the gentleman noticed that I didn’t order a drink and kindly asked if I wanted to add one. This Dunkin is a hot mess every time. They charge for pup cups which is ridiculous.
As others have already pointed out, the manager is awful. She acts like she's still in high school.. passive-aggressive, cliquish, and clearly enjoys playing the bully. The other employees seem to follow her lead without question. While I was waiting (far longer than reasonable), I overheard her badmouthing one of the delivery drivers for no apparent reason, with the rest of the staff laughing along. If you’re expecting the usual Dunkin sweet tea, avoid this location. No other location has given me the sour tea I’ve received from this location more than once.
