Una terrible experience mi primera vez y la última vez hice un pedido me dieron las bebidas y las Dona’s me kede esperando x un largo tiempo esperando el croissant y un egg beicon chesse guide y dije k faltaba se demoraron otro largo tiempo cuando me lo dan me doy cuenta k no era mi pedido lo devolvi y me fui muy mala attention
I don't know why they always rush to do your food. The turkey sausage is never heated or cooked properly, you can sometimes taste freezer burn on it. My bread was burnt on both of my sandwiches. And instead of making new sandwiches they just took the regular sausage of and put on the turkey sausage. I have health issues.
This is a great way to get going in the morning, the staff is pleasant especially the young man Paul. He was very nice.
Visited the drive-through could not hear the The speaker so we asked the person on the other end to speak up. Apparently, he did not like the tone of voice when we spoke up and he told us to go find another Dunkin to go to after that my husband went into the store and asked to speak to a manager, and he said that he was the manager unfortunately there was no Manager because that would that wouldn’t have been the situation in a different location.
