Several times I’ve ordered a decaf espresso via the mobile app and picked up at this location. Each time I had the drink, I felt wired afterward (I have a caffeine sensitivity). Went inside and talked to an employee today and found out that the manager of this location is too cheap to order decaf espresso, so they simply serve regular espresso to anyone that orders decaf. Very disappointing, would not recommend
I ordered online and when I went to the store to pick it up they only had 4 of the 12 I ordered available and they were all stale.
This review is directed towards the morning crew. I come everyday around 6:45 - 7. I drive from Anniston to Birmingham everyday for work. So this moody stop is a must and super convenient for me. When I go to other Dunkin’s my coffee is inconsistent, resulting in making me not want to go as frequent. Since coming to moody my order is literally as expected everytime without fail and I’m never disappointed. The customer service is amazing. This stop literally makes my day everyday.
