I feel like every time I come here, there’s an issue my order. The people are mostly nice. And this time, they did explain the issue. We both ordered large iced coffee/chai drinks. Because they were out of cold cups, they gave them to us in the large coffee cups, filled to the brim with ice. Anyone who knows coffee knows the cold cups hold more, because of the ice. I paid for jelly donuts and my donuts did not have the jelly, i can understand if your busy but i was the only customer.so i am taking a pic to show you the service .
I stop here every now and then. Customer ahead of me took longer than needed. What they could do about difficult customers is have them pull to the side so other customers can get their order and go.
