I had the most pleasant experience this morning at Dunkin in Moody! The workers greeted me with enthusiasm and immediately made me feel welcomed! They fixed the most amazing coffee drink for teacher appreciation and double checked to make sure I loved it before leaving! Best decision to stop by this morning! Thank you to the people there for getting my day started on a good foot!
Always our go to coffee stop while traveling to and from Odenville! Staff is super friendly and orders are always correct.
Not sure of the young lady’s name that made my drinks but she was super sweet and my drinks were on point! I was passing through today around 2:30 and really needed a drink and was hoping it was made right. I’m truly grateful and appreciate her kindness and service. I’ve been here a few times and I keep hoping that it will get better but each time it has gotten worse. Dunkin is one of my favorite places, but this one is just so bad. I’ve came here before and ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso, but ended up with no espresso and just straight water, milk, and sugar. Another time that I came here, I ordered ahead but sat in the line for 15 minutes and by the time I got my drink, it was all watered down and did not taste anything like a coffee.
Three staff, all staring at the cash register and talking to themselves. Not one said, hello just moment please. Or took my order at the other register. ...or smiled. I waited in silence for 2 full minutes before anyone ever looked up. Terrible manners. The under 25s really need to work on interpersonal skills.
