Waited at the counter for service nobody spoke to me for 10 minutes
The drive thru lane was long, but moved rather quickly! The people were also very friendly!
The service level was very disappointing. There was a deaf gentleman waiting to pick up his door dash order. He had on his phone to pick up at 10:28am, and at 10:28am he tried to ask where he order was. As the staff spoke to him, they didn’t look at him, or try to help him. Seeing him being upset, I told them that he was deaf and the response was ‘he ordered door dash and we serve customer first’.
