The drinks here are always made correctly and swiftly but the customer service is always trash still one of the better Duncan locations. Not really saying a lot
the girl was nice but i couldn't even put my straw in the drink
I just went to pick up an Uber Eats order at this Dunkin' (on 03/25/26 at 10:30 AM). I walked in—no hello, no goodbye, no thank you—absolutely nothing. It really makes you not want to go to this Dunkin'. Personally, I won't be giving my money to employees who act completely fed up with their jobs.
