I'm sure it's only preference so take the review with a grain of salt. To the manager, it's not personal. My wife got a coffee/egg bites and I got the strawberry Rockstar/sourdough breakfast sandwich. The breakfast sandwich was weird. It's like it's precooked then microwaved at the store. My back up coffee favorite. Frozen coffee is the best
I placed a mobile order and didn’t realize until I got home, 15 minutes away, that they messed up my food. I had to drive all the way back just to get it fixed, and not a single person apologized or acknowledged the inconvenience. Totally unacceptable.
Keep driving and find yourself one of the many wonderful places that are close by. These are the most miserable people I have encountered since I have arrived here. They got my order wrong twice and by the third time the girl threw the bag at me as if it was my fault she can’t pay attention. There’s lots of people who would appreciate your job!! Hopefully Dunkin’ Donuts makes a change in their staff. Aside from the staff, this place never has anything in stock. I do not recommend them at all and will never return here.
All I needed was a breakfast sandwich. They were out of ALL breads, so no sandwiches available. How do they stay open?
