Very slow paced. Staff is not friendly and worried about talking instead of banging out the long line they have. Took 20 minutes for a small iced coffee and a croissant.
Employment is not helpful
Staff is very rude!! Waited for her forever, asked her whether i can order, ignored me the first time, so i asked again few minutes later, she asked me to wait. After she finally finished adding the coffee to the machine, she went and take the order of the person came later than me directly. She knew that i was there all the time. I think there's sth wrong with her or maybe it's actually discrimination against me, so I didnt order anything and left. Worst experience with Dunkin ever, will never come back.
