I’m writing to express my deep concern and disappointment following an upsetting experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location on June 18, 2025. I placed a drive-thru order totaling $15.78, paid by card, and proceeded to the window. I was initially greeted by a polite young man who provided part of my order.
