Iced coffee is never consistent! There’s only one girl who worked here who could make it right. Iced coffees are warm sometimes, and not sweet enough (I order on the app - the order should taste consistent). As a mall employee, I would like to be able to go here once in a while. Looks like I’ll have to go to Gloria Jean’s instead- they’re always consistent.

It's my favorite to get a large hot coffee for a dollar cheaper. The people who work at this location are nice and quick.
