Is this how you serve a large drink? This is absolutely ridiculous. Warning, large isn't worth it here!
Poor service, manager was very rude. She raised her voice at me as I was talking. Tried to get them to refill my drink because first they put too much ice after I asked for light ice. They gave me my second drink and it was missing about a quarter of the drink with about the same amount of ice. I finally got her to put light ice and only about half of my LARGE cup was filled with drink and still had too much ice. What is going on here? Ordered a large and have a HUGE amount missing?? This is ridiculous.
This dunkin is always pretty solid but my last two visits have been less than desirable. I paid for the sweet pepper sandwich yet I just get a basic bacon egg and cheese so I lost money there. I try to call and tell them what happened and they put me on hold and don’t pick back up. 1/5 stars for the phone call lol
