Went through the drive thru today, got a sweet black pepper wake up wrap without the sweet black pepper sauce, sweet black pepper bacon side which was good, and hash browns that tasted like the non stick liner in the oven. Definitely later in the day but seems like they need to do better cleaning their equipment so customers don’t get all the black burnt crumbs from other orders in their food. Great little Dunkin Jem. The staff were very friendly, fast, and polite. Munchkins were delicious. Mocha was perfect. There is a great seating area back the long hallway. Plenty of seating for a little meeting or getting some work done. Restrooms as well.
This is hands down the best Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The donuts were delicious and the refresher I got was like nothing I'd ever had before. The atmosphere and ambience was relaxing and welcoming. The space was clean and organized.
