Wasn't too happy with the workers I asked for light ice and noticed he filled it 75% with ice and when I asked him politely can you put less ice in. He decides to throw it out in the sink and scoop out more to put in the cup. Then I say thank you to the lady and she says nothing. They no have no issues laughing and conversating with their co workers. They should work on their professionalism. Maybe it's an age thing. Labor Day hours… closes at 4 but stopped serving and locked the doors before 3:30. Wouldn’t take my order or help me… just wanted a simple coffee. Seeing the other reviews seems like nothings changed in months. Please move out so Starbucks can move in.
