Incredibly slow in the morning. Most employees are unfriendly.
The best Dunkin’ in Cincy. Even when they’re strained, they always provide good service and are always personable. I occasionally come in-between several jobs to get a caffeine buzz and a quick bite and I’m always grateful for the swiftness of the staff. They always seem like they’re having a good time behind the counter. Special thanks to the PM guy (possibly manager, has a nostril piercing) who always puts up with my 3pm breakfast sandwich even when they’re down to two people. Great customer service by the guy working the register inside this morning around 9!! Sorry, didn't get his name
Went through the drive thru today, got a sweet black pepper wake up wrap without the sweet black pepper sauce, sweet black pepper bacon side which was good, and hash browns that tasted like the non stick liner in the oven. Definitely later in the day but seems like they need to do better cleaning their equipment so customers don’t get all the black burnt crumbs from other orders in their food.
