I wanted to reach out to management regarding my experience this morning, but the website only provides a 1-800 number. When I approached the counter, I was the only one in the store. No greeting, just "I'll be with you in a minute". Someone else walked passed the first staffer and says "Can I take your order?" Having a hard time wanting to continue to come back to this location. I stop by here at least 5 days a week on my way to work and lately every drink that I have gotten has been awful. Im not one to complain as I know how hard this industry is especially so early in the morning, but I am tired of wasting my money everyday. The staff is great when it comes to interaction but the lack of consistency is just awful.
