I've had mixed experiences at this location. If you go first thing in the morning on a weekday, the woman at the drive thru is very friendly and helpful. On the weekends though, I've had terrible customer service, long wait times for food and drinks, while watching employees on their phone for 10+ mins.
Just went here at 2:15 and the doors were locked says they open until 5:00 🤷♂️
The doors are locked yet I place a mobile order for walk-in. Now I have to wait in the drive-thru with 9 cars and I need to get to a meeting. In the future please turn off the walk-in feature then I will choose another Dunkin. I asked for a manager so I could talk to them for a few minutes and no manager was to be found.
Was really impressed by the yound man who waited on me, super friendly. Dunkin products are always consistent
