I had a great experience at this Dunkin'. The restaurant was clean, well organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly, efficient, and my order was prepared quickly and exactly as requested. The coffee was fresh, the donuts were delicious, and everything tasted just as it should. I ordered a large Dunkalatte with no ice. I was told that the drinks are pre-measured so if I wanted no ice, it will only be less than half filled. I asked for it to be topped off and was told that I needed to order two large Dunkalatte to get one full one with no ice. What a rip off! This is unacceptable! What are we paying for? Half for ice? And half for coffee? Dunkin Donuts needs to do better and give customers what they're really paying for.
