The person taking my order was very rude from the start and treated me like I was stupid. I was being a normal human person and getting attitude heavy. Felt very unwelcomed
Food was good, coffee was fast and delicious. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere
This Dunkin sucks. If the black girl isn’t working there, no one else knows what they’re doing. I stood at the counter and no one greeted me. I sat there for a good 4 minutes and still no one took my order. There was a lady waiting for her order and she said she has been waiting 20 minutes. You all need to do better!!!!
No matter if you order ahead online or go in-store, you’re waiting at least 30 minutes even for something as simple as a drink. This is by far the slowest Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. The staff doesn’t greet customers or communicate at all, and everyone seems completely zoned out. Really disappointing experience.
Your a coffee shop and don't have any liquid cane sugar for weeks at a time, that's horrible most of there drinks has liquid cane sugar in it SMH
