Whoever is new at making the drinks sucks!! I get a large strawberry protein refresher almost daily and its usually pink this one I got today is white and taste like spoiled milk
The girls at the window and the young man who stands outside to take your order always make my morning! They are so pleasant and kind and go above and beyond in their customer service and it feels genuine and not like a corporate strategy. I hope those workers are given the praise they deserve!
One of the worst locations. Went in for donuts one day and there were so many fruit flies in the case. I tried to let the employee know but she didn’t speak much English and had to get a manager. The manager said yeah it’s been a probably but we will try to fix it. I complained to corporate and they sent me a email for a free mail but the manager wouldn’t honor it in store. Tried contacting corporate again and they’ve never responded. Terrible. The coffee is good and right near the house so oh well guess I’ll go to Starbucks
