I really like D&D – they are always delicious. I don’t go there very often, but whenever I do, I’m satisfied with the quality. Sometimes the service can be a bit lacking, but it’s never a big issue. Overall, a place I enjoy and would recommend.
Such a poor management team. There is a Hispanic lady who work there night shift, got tattoo, blonde hair and full of rings in her fingers. She need to fix her attitude and tone towards talking to customers. Shows lack of professionalism or customer service skills. I went to drive thru ordered hot latte a medium size and ask her politely to fill the cup to the top ,since i mentioned no foam even i am willing to pay extra money for it. The management at Dunkin Donuts should ensure the safety and peace-of-mind of all customers, especially the elderly and vulnerable. I witnessed an African American man with dreadlocks open the door for my mother and follow her inside the Dunkin Donuts. He was standing next to her, side by side, in front of the SAME register. This man should not be asking or harassing women to buy things for him!
