Worst location it I’ve been to. Had a mobile order and waited in line for over 10 mins before I could even get to the speaker to let them know I was picking up; once there I was told to wait and after 5 minutes I had to leave. Never again. Now I have to dispute the charge to get my money back.
The gay guy is so disrespectful
Yesterday, I visited a Dunkin' Donuts for the first time, as I’m a fan of their offerings. I was feeling hungry and decided to stop by a nearby location. Unfortunately, the girl at the counter seemed frustrated—perhaps she was having a bad day—and her attitude came off as rude. After paying, I received the food I ordered for my 4-year-old, and when I asked her for a straw, her expression was quite unwelcoming. I decided to let it go and left the line. We got the wrong coffee order and there was a mistake on one of the sandwich order... Staff was very pleasant!
