Always closed. Anytime I come by here morning or evening they say the coffee machine is in cleaning/closed and there are no hot drinks or hot food. Today I stopped by at 4.30pm the same response. Either someone doesn’t want to work or is being overworked.
I ordered a hot latte, but it came out completely cold. When I politely asked if they could heat it up a bit, they refused without any effort to help and they said go hit it up with yourself The customer services unprofessional. If you’re expecting a hot drink, don’t order a latte here—you’ll just end up with a cold one.”
