This morning I thought I’d stop and grab some breakfast before work. The young man who took my order was incredibly rude with an attitude. I did not instigate the conversation for that reaction. Here I am, hours later thinking about how unprofessional that was. For the sake of this dunkin, I would have a manager correct his actions.
Arrived an hour before closed, ordered a sandwich and was denied cause they were closing in an hour. Very rude guy at the window.
The guy working this afternoon is extremely rude and just a disgusting human in general. It’s now worth driving the extra mile to the Dunkin on Rte 1.
I did not even order from here, I went in and there was a young male employee who is CLEARLY MISERABLE and wants the world to know it. He was swearing and speaking with aggression towards someone about “punching ____ in the face”. There are women (like myself) hearing that kind of hostility and anger and NEVER order from someone like that! Why would someone like that be allowed to work with the public, they need to get some help. The coworkers/manager is just as bad for not seeing that this is inane behavior. Do not go here.
