This is by far the closest, most convenient place to get coffee near me but I won’t ever be back. Management and employees openly talk shit about customers and routinely tell you to hold on, whether there’s one or 5 people waiting ahead of you. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Do better, Dunkin.
From other reviews, it seems discrimination is common at this location. I waited patiently to order as the woman in front of me took her time to order donuts. She apologized when she saw how long as I was waiting, and I said it’s fine take your time. The cashier knew I was waiting a long time.
