Other Dunkin's in the area are better (not in Bartlett though). Food sat there in the mobile orders but we walked in and ordered and waited forever. Toast barely toasted and butter everywhere when reaching in bag. I gave it back.
Wrong donut, wrong hot food, and had to basically beg for a fork. No milk in my coffee. 5 items and only 1 was correct. What are you guys even doing in there?!
Terrible. Rude staff asked people in line to get out and use the kiosk.
