Staff was terribly rude when they gave us the wrong drink - we waited for replacement and received a lukewarm latte served sigh a dirty look.
I had to stand there and wait for two cups of coffee, because the lady at the counter was so busy doing the drive thru. It was a joke if you ask me. Slow as hell.
Other Dunkin's in the area are better (not in Bartlett though). Food sat there in the mobile orders but we walked in and ordered and waited forever. Toast barely toasted and butter everywhere when reaching in bag. I gave it back.
