Horrible service, whoever the two women were who worked the morning shift at the drive through, they were so condescending and kept racially profiling my passengers and I, because one card didn’t work and we asked to park in the windows eye view so we can fix it and get back in line so we don’t hold everyone up, and the line was obviously long so the food got cold, and when we asked for it to be remade, they simply blamed it on us and refused even though Dunkin’s policy is to always “Make It Right”. It's a Dunkin' shop. Love their coffee and once in a while a donut when I am in the mood. Store is clean and the servers are pleasant and they know my order even better I walk in the door.
