The incompetence here is THICK!! Asked for 6 pumps of caramel, yes 6, because that's what I like, and I'm a paying customer, so therefore, I shall get what I want and like! She then pumps no pumps, then when I informed her I wanted 6 pumps of caramel, she looks at me without gloves on and only puts 2 pumps! This happens every time! There's nothing like craving your favorite drink, then your in a pissed off mood because it doesn't taste like you ordered it!
