Drive-thru. I ordered & asked if I could "upsize the coffee" on a meal deal. No. I then looked at menu list. She said, DO you want your coffee, or not. I said I'm looking at the menu. She gave me decaf which I didn't want & kept asking me if I wanted ketchup. No. I'd like napkins. Do you want ketchup? No, napkins. You want napkins? Yes, that's what I said. No one understands English either.
I don't go here often but when I do go (like this morning 615 am) the girl cashier is very rude with a nasty attitude and not helpful at all. And I kindly let her know and hopefully her managers have a talk with her bc it's getting ridiculous...coffee wasn't that great either. Thank goodness it was free.
