One of the better Dunkins I've visited. Clean, structured, efficient. Staff was friendly, even at 0730 in the morning. Definitely would come back.
Ordered through doordash and received multiple stale donuts, warm "cold brew" with no flavoring, food that was ordered with one cheese but made with another, and a matcha tea that just looks like milk with a SLIGHT green tinge, and doesn't taste like matcha at all. VERY disappointed.
I almost always have the guy with the accent and I am veryyyy clear with what I want with pauses in-between each item and it is still wrong 50% of the time
