I usually go to this Dunkin because they are usually nice and the food is good. However, the service I received today was horrible. There's a girl that works the drive through, she wears glasses and is extremely rude. I've never had an issue with this Dunkin until recently. What I don't understand is that if you do not like working customer service, and you do not like dealing with people then don't work there honey.
Robin and her team are the best! They know our orders by heart, and the orders are always perfectly prepared. We never have to wait long, and always have great conversation and feel welcomed every day. We have gone here every morning for 7 years, and it will always be our favorite Dunkin location!!!
