Honestly, I don't usually expect much from a Dunkin. It seems like no one actually knows how to manage these restaurants and my expectations are very low. That being said, today I ordered a nitro cold brew from them. Unfortunately, they put it on ice which is not how the drink is supposed to be served. 9:30pm your still open?
Ever since the old employees left, it hasn't been the same. I ordered a muffin today only to take a bite and find it incredibly stale. I went back in and kindly asked the woman for a refund, but then she got very defensive claiming she makes some fresh every morning. She did kindly give me another one, but it was just as stale as the last one. I would have preferred the refund over the muffin. They're drier than a Popeye's biscuit.
Teenagers that work here decided to close and go home prior to advertised closing time. Apparently this happens all the time at this location.
