Ever since the old employees left, it hasn't been the same. I ordered a muffin today only to take a bite and find it incredibly stale. I went back in and kindly asked the woman for a refund, but then she got very defensive claiming she makes some fresh every morning. She did kindly give me another one, but it was just as stale as the last one. I would have preferred the refund over the muffin. They're drier than a Popeye's biscuit.
Teenagers that work here decided to close and go home prior to advertised closing time. Apparently this happens all the time at this location.
Horrible customer service. Will never return
We rarely eat out because we prefer to eat healthy, but we needed something quick today and decided to stop here. I truly wish we hadn’t. I noticed a fly sitting on the donuts and let the two teens working know. They didn’t really address it and left the donuts there. Not long after, another customer came in and was still sold those same donuts, even though they were aware of the issue. That didn’t sit right with me at all.
