I showed up at 5:19 am this morning with over 12 minutes to spare before I had to go to work (the building legit next door). The woman got my order wrong, over charged me, took 8 minutes to make my coffee never gave me my receipt, and 12 minutes later my food still wasn’t ready so I had to leave it be late for work. Horrible service, I want a refund
Sad excuse of a Dunkin'! I purposely placed my order when I was still at home so that I could walk into the store, grab my stuff and be on my way....BUT NOOOO!!! The State Police were even in there for over 20 minutes waiting for their small hot coffee! It doesn't matter when u place your order either! They fill whoever's order they want...not in order! Staff was friendly and my order I placed in the app was ready when I got there.
3 trips through the drive through and could get the right. They wanted to argue with over whatbwe ordered even with a paid receipt in hand. The Coffee i have been ordering for years was completely wrong, and they had nonidea what I was talking about. Its obvious that none of these people value the employment they have. We'll be going to WaWa next time.
