Ordered a very simple drink and didn’t put my whip cream now 1 star review.
This is the second time I tried to patronize this location and the second time I left with nothing. First time I sat in the line around the building just to be told they didn't have tea bags. Today I was next in line behind someone who sat there and talked with the employee for 5 minutes while I was made late for work. No drinks handed to anyone. Just talking. Terrible service at this location.
This place is very unorganized, most of the staff are rude. My order is wrong sometimes, as a coffee storefront the staff needs to realize they are the face & attitude of someone’s day especially in the morning & need to consider how they speak to people.
