Understaffed, inefficient, and the staff are rude because they’re under too much pressure. We waited way too long this morning for a simple 2 item order. When we initially walked in we couldn’t even get someone to look at us or take our order, we ended up ordering at the kiosk because they were just ignoring us. If they’re that busy and understaffed they should just close the interior portion of the store and be drive-in only.
Miserable workers. Bad service.
This place does not take care of its people. Bad service, inferior quality and high prices. Dunkin is bottoming out, if it wasn’t for the cold brew there’d be no point in coming here. Please avoid at all costs and go to Wawa right down the street.
