Great staff!
I don't recommend this particular branch because the staff are indifferent and make you wait unnecessarily while they chat. When you ask about your order, they say it's not ready and start preparing drive-thru orders before returning to yours. It took 40 minutes to prepare two cups of coffee, even though I was the only one there and I had to wait because it wasn't for me; I was getting it for someone else.
Don't come here if you want good service. The guy behind the counter never listens to what you are asking. At least the digits doughnuts are ok.
I’ve been going to this Dunkin’s for a year since moving to Milford. It’s close to home but today was it! This location sucks so bad. I ordered a large expecting a good cup of my chai latte and they can’t even do that. The food is either uncooked or overcooked no in between. Drinks taste like garbage water and I’m frankly sick of this location. They need new employees!!!!!!! I only come since it’s close to home and on my way to work and drop off for school.
