I order a donut and coffee. After over 15 minutes of waiting, another customer walked in and placed an order, which they immediately filled. I objected and said I had been waiting for my order for over 15 minutes and asked for a refund. No one ever spoke to me until I asked for the refund. Horrible service!!!!
The dessert was plated nicely.
My order was messed up i try calling the store. They are not answering… I’m disappointed this has never Happened to me At this location
I order thru the app today a 1/2 dozen donuts and customize it, when I picked up they had not given me what I order. Please check before fill an order.
