About time they close this facility, no knowledge staff on the early am. Don’t open on time.
Terrible service and the business doesn't have enough worker
This store really needs to change how it’s managed. I placed my order at 5 o’clock, and the app showed it was open. But when I got to the store, it wasn’t open. Half an hour later, I came back, and a lot of customers were waiting for their food. I saw two employees working really hard. In the end, customers left angry without any food. The third time I came was at 6:50, and I finally saw my food on the table, but the drink was already melted. Well, they apologized to me, and I told them something needs to change.
