They don’t know how to make coffee. I basically wasted $5. I’m far away now and don’t want to go back just to return the coffee and get a refund, but I’m really upset and regret getting coffee there this morning. The staff seemed confused and didn’t know what they were doing, and the service was terrible. Overall, a very negative experience. I had to throw the coffee away and go find a Dunkin’ Donuts instead.
On Google it says the store is closing at 9pm so why is the employee rushing me out the store at 8:20pm???!!? My sister came to get food but I told her don’t get food from here cuz the guy is rushing and he’s not gonna make her drinks well. I stood corrected when he didn’t give me the Sabrina carpenter espresso I ordered but instead gave me some cheap iced coffee. This is unacceptable.
