I walked in and I was never greeted, never acknowledged. Three people looked at me, but never approached the counter and asked if I needed assistance. There was no line.
The gentleman who served me today 1/27/26 was incredibly nice. I am a loyal DD customer so I go everywhere but I'd go back to the Suntree location just to ensure job security for him! I wish I caught his name.
Overtime they’re getting better. The server used to be not so great but recently they’ve picked up the pace and the people are it’s good for a quick in and out coffee and donut
