They are chronically short staffed, which is a Dunkin staple at this point. It becomes really inconvenient when you order ahead to pick up but they are closed and only can do drive thru which has a long line. Their donut selection is usually pretty small even at 8/9am Everyone has been nice when I go and my drink is consistently made well. I think the iced coffee on tap helps. Received two burned breakfast sandwiches! The buns hard as rock and black colored! Absolutely unacceptable!

I’m honestly absolutely pissed. I keep calling the store and nobody is answering so I’m going to dispute the charge. My food is not even cooked all the way I need a manager to contact me immediately
