Even when you do a mobile order and the specific coffee is written down and they have plenty of time they still mess it up. Wanted a more sweet coffee and straight up got black coffee with foam. No milk, no flavors, nothing. If you can’t make it right then don’t charge so much for coffee. To make it better, same thing again this morning 8/20, had to have my coffee fixed twice because they aren’t reading what you want. All I know is there is a woman here with eyeliner and piercing and she makes it perfect every time
I proceeded to order my donuts on the kiosk. As I placed the order and waited.. the guy who took the receipt that printed out after I paid for my order he said we only have these donuts available... As he pointed to their donut case Now the whole time as I was at the kiosk he did not once say that we only have these donuts available or I would have walked right on out and not order anything. Why was I able to get something they don't have???? Such horrible selection and it didn't even look fresh.I asked for a refund and only... read more
This is the worst place to come get your coffee they will make you wait for ever in line and seems to be like there all in bad attitude..
