Went through drive thru 9/7 at 10:30a.m. At the window the guy did not say a single word. Handed me my coffee took my money. My coffee had no sugar as requested just cream. Avoid this place if you want what you ordered.
Every time I go here they seem to get the coffees wrong especially in the afternoon when there is NO MANAGEMENT on duty. Is it that hard to make two iced coffees and follow directions? I went in there today (drive thru) and some idk Hispanic or Asian girl with a star sticker in the middle of her forehead waited on me and I got a Large they hand me a medium so I proceed to tell her I ordered a large so she "attempts" to remake it and now it tastes like it has absolutely no liquid sugar in it so I drive around go inside and th... read more
horrible rude people. asked them a question and they didnt even bother to answer. and i understand a lot of places use only kiosk or whatever now a days. but come on when my grandmother who is not used to these things asked you a question? answer it! these people have no common sense or human decency my grandmother has not had a doughnut in years and thats all she wanted and they had to ruin that with horrible service!!! will NEVER be returning!!!
