Paid for 2 iced coffees and I was not happy with how they were made. I came back with my drinks and was told “too bad so sad” and handed some sugar packets.
Location needs training Tremendously. All the staff have poor Attitudes, They consistently overcharge just to give you the opposite of what you’re paying for and if you ask for it to be fixed, you’re all of a sudden a problem.. Work where you’re happy not miserable🤦
I go here weekly just to see Natalia in the drive thru. She’s very sweet and memorizes my order. My coffee is literally perfect every time. She’s an amazing girl!
They are VERY condescending, entitled, rude, and the donuts are stale.
The girls that are working are very rude and the manager is think she is but Sam was very aggressive and very impersonal. I see why it gets such low scores. Plz save yourself from this place
