I have to say that the customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. I used the drive thru and ordered a large Dunkalatte with “light” ice. When I got to the drive up window and paid for my beverage, I was handed a Dunkalatte FULL of ice. I told the girl in the drive thru window that I asked for “light” ice and she said that it “was light ice”. Never been here before. First time was different as they forgot about the donuts Avocado toast was delicious.
Always try to get a good coffee or refresher and every time we try it they screw it up. Coffee cream and vanilla ice coffee or a strawberry dragon fruit refresher is not difficult. Other Dunkin donuts shops get it perfectly every time. But are much farther away than the one on Vicksburg Lane in Plymouth. Just get disappointed every time. Don't know what is going on but not the best by far
