I always go to this dunkin usually it’s pretty good but lately it hasn’t been! The past 3 times the cup is filled to the BRIM with ice. I go to dunkin for the coffee NOT the ice! Also I got dunkin today and both of the coffees we got were BURNT! Plus we got munchkins and they were stale 😬 and plus I got them at 11am they shouldn’t be stale this early :( sorry dunkin I love ya but come on!
Used the drive through, they got my coffee order wrong, I asked them to remake it I would pay extra and they told me to drive around to the speaker and place a new order! What?! No other coffee place would ever do that, I will never go to this Dunkin again. No wonder the $$$ across the street is always packed!
Just was through the drive thru and had an interaction with the manager. She was so great! Super personable, excited about their new offerings and made my day. Interactions like that go a long way and she should be recognized for her awesome service. Thank you!
This place is horrible, they always get my order wrong. Just go to Starbucks across the street. Got 3 egg and cheese wraps and they didn’t put the cheese in and the egg was outside the wrap. 🤦🏻♂️can’t be that hard but it is for them.
