I have ordered from this location twice. The third time I asked the employee taking my order if I could have less cream. She said that it doesn't have cream. It has oat milk. Her tone was demeaning. I ended up just leaving because I had to go to work. The coffee that I bought before was full of ice and cream in a iced peanut butter expreso drink. I have to say that the customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. I used the drive thru and ordered a large Dunkalatte with “light” ice. When I got to the drive up window and paid for my beverage, I was handed a Dunkalatte FULL of ice. I told the girl in the drive thru window that I asked for “light” ice and she said that it “was light ice”.
