Left thr store today and I had to drop a shout out to an amazing worker. He was manning the drive thru window and cook station while helping me with an order. The whole time treated me with nothing but courtesy and kindness. More then what you would expect to someone incredibly busy. I ask his name, his name is Mike. And happy he's an employee at my Dunkin location. Wouldn't go to another one
Feeling rushed to order and then 3 people trying to work on 1 simple order of tea, donut and muffin(they were not busy so I was not necessary to rush me or bombard me) .. having 3 people talking to you at once and handing you items before you even finish telling them what you want or how you want it.
