They are very rude and treat customers poorly.
Not a safe location
I work nearby, so I've stopped at this location numerous times and I always order the same thing. Today, I was very disappointed. My breakfast sandwich was made incorrectly. I did not have time to address the issue once at work, so I did so on my lunch break by revisiting and asking for a remake. Once the sandwich was remade, I asked for a cup of water (not a bottle) and was told there would be a charge. Mind you, I just spent $19 this morning and had to bring a sandwich back. Some of the nicest workers in the world!.. except for one man, I was surprised to find out was actually the store manager. This man was not only unnecessarily rude, combative and argumentative, he also told me 2 days in a row that they were out of the donuts I wanted. Just wanting to confirm for myself, I come to find under the counter, plenty in stock of the ones I wanted! Instead of apologizing, he gets rider and nastier all the way up to the moment I left.
