Nancy at Dunkin’ at Orlando Melbourne Airport was 10/10 AMAZING !. Firstly her customer service was exceptional, she went above and beyond and the food she made for us far exceeded our expectations. This was our first ever time trying Dunkin’ and myself and children loved it.
Service was so slow. Serve a customer, disappear for two minutes. Serve the next customer. Repeat. Forgot to include part of our order.
Worker was very rude when asked if they were open. Would have just taken no we are not open yet but had to be sarcastic. Being pleasant in customer service is gone these days.
Good cheap for the airport - drinks fairly priced compared to other airport shops - service good muffins/ other food very dry
