It can get busy in there but so long as you check in with the staff they are always attentive and will get your order out as quickly as they can.
Place always takes a decade to receive service and they hand out attitude like its a compliment.
They take so long to take your order and something is ALWAYS missing or wrong, there's another Dunkin down the road, go there instead.
Absolute trash.. Everyone in there just stands around doing nothing. It took well over half an hour for them to take my order. Corporate needs to evaluate this store and either fire everyone and start new or just flat out close this location. Unbelievable. There are better locations down the road. Go there instead!
I would like to say I ALWAYS have a wonderful experience when Mariely Rive is working!! She is always very polite kind and pays attention to her customers. I worked for Dunkin for over 25 years. I gave up Dunkin because of how things have changed since Cafua took over many of the Dunkin stores. What I mean is since the franchise owners were bought out. It is too common to go to a Dunkin and be treated as an inconvenience by the majority of the workers. Most seem too busy talking with one another, and customers get ignored. I... read more
