There are many Dunkin locations to choose from just don't go here. I understand if you're having a bad day, but to not even greet a customer whose been waiting 20 minutes while 5-6 employees just continue to talk to eachother while doing nothing is kind of ridiculous. I won't be going to this location ever again hope some of the people working there find happiness in their lives
I don’t leave reviews anywhere, I just go about things as they are but woah, this was horrible. The girl at the drive through was insanely rude, I always go through and ask how the workers are doing wherever I go somewhere because we are all human and deserve to be shown that we aren’t just a person behind a counter. some of the employees are kinda rude, one time i asked if they still carried something i saw from the website and they laughed at me. also I feel like the drinks never taste the same
Just went thru drive thru. Ordered a small black iced in a large container. She refused. I said I got it yesterday. She said no I hadnt. So i had to order a lg and throw half out to add my own milk+. When i got to the window she said not one word and as i drove away she screamed “next time I wont serve you at all!!” There wont be a next time. . 6/6 at 12:45pm. Fire her. Please.
