Horrible place. I am a big Dunkin fan over the years but can see why these are the slowest shops in town. The service at this Dunkin (especially afternoons and evening) is the worst at any shop in town. With the commitment to service the other chains have, shops such as 7 brew are eating your lunch. SAD bc I would hate to see Dunkin go again but this franchisee can't get a grip on service and the locations are painfully SLOW.
I went earlier today and was greeted by a lovely young lady named Emma. She took my order and it all looked very nice and tasted very good. She also wished me to have a good day. She is an amazing worker and made my day better
You ever look at someone and think to yourself that person HATES their job , that was my experience with Emma the drive through cashier. I pulled up after ordering four basic coffees and some sandwiches and she started the conversation with I should go to a different location because their location is small and might not have everything on the menu. I went here around lunch time through the drive thru and waited about five minutes with no answer. I tried saying excuse me and hello, but nobody replied. I pulled up to the window and saw two girls inside talking with each other, practically hanging out with drinks in hand (which isn’t necessarily a violation in some work places) Both of them had headsets on, so I pulled back around to the speaker and got an answer immediately.
