Your team that was there at 0735 1/17/25 obviously didn't want to be working. Every time the bell rang for a car pulled up your employees would say ohy god or this is ridiculous!!! They also seemed very disorganised. I got my latte and bacon but they forgot my donut. I had to ask for it and they acted dumbfounded. Also the snackin bacon was cold and fatty. Very disappointed in my trip through. Nothing like the Dunkin further south on Campbell, they have it together!
I went there today at 6:30 AM and a girl with braids and glasses just kept on laughing through the drive-through speaker and not letting me talk. Highly disrespectful never coming back.
I had a horrible experience at this Dunkin. The entire staff was extremely rude. Although I ordered my food before ever everyone else in line, they told me I had to wait for mine. They yelled at me, said everything was my fault and that I had to take care of everything myself. They wouldn’t help me cancel my order and said it was my responsibility. So I lost money and didn’t get my Donuts. I will never go back to this Dunkin again and strongly suggest you don’t either.
