This store is ALWAYS out of stock on multiple things. That’s not always in anyone’s control but the employee I dealt with today needs some customer service training. She was less than unhelpful with trying to figure out substitutes for a syrup they were out of, just looked at me like I should know what they have in stock. I stopped by Dunkin around 5:30 PM on Saturday to order a drink and asked for the Very Cherry Daydream Refresher. When I got to the drive-thru window to pay, the employee handed me the wrong drink. I politely let him know about the mistake, and he rolled his eyes and mumbled, “I’m gonna have to make a new one.” When he handed me the corrected drink, I said “thank you,” but he immediately slammed the drive-thru window shut without saying anything.
