I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin' location and was unable to even place an order due to the way I was treated by an employee. I pulled into the drive-thru and waited at the menu speaker for over five minutes. During that time, I repeatedly said "hello" but received no response. Assuming there may have been an issue with the speaker or that the employee could not hear me, I remained in line and slowly pulled forward to the window.
