Anyone notice the new paper cups are leaking. I asked them to put a second cup over it to help stop a chance of leakage. They said they would have to charge me. Really!? Update 5/5/2025 Paid for 2 coffee rolls only got one in the bag, Check your orders !
I love dunkin' but at this particular location the staff was not friendly 👎
We just moved down the street and I am addicted to coffee and my kids demand dunkin donuts daily so we frequent DD regularly. Usually we go to broadway, freeman's bridge or union st but today Ashley was so nice to my kids and I! Refreshing when so many workers are burnt out and unkind. Will come back to this store regularly and I hope everyone is as nice!!! (Coffee was made perfectly, store looked clean, donuts weren't melted or gross my kids were pleased.)
I drink dd all day long this is the second day I got a cup of coffee and it taste like dirty water with cream can’t taste the coffee the young men there I never have a issue the females I’m not too sure about
This place is horrible. The staff is rude. The food is over cooked or cold. And if you have a question do not ask. They want you to order and go.
